An overall programme of 90 weeks has been set for the execution this project. The scope of work for the Substructure includes Capping Beam, Temporary Works Installation, Bulk Excavation and Drainage - all incorporating Top-down Construction techniques. The Superstructure will be formed by the construction of a Slipform Core followed by 36 Floors of Reinforced Concrete working within a 3 Floor External Protection Screen
