We’re thrilled to announce that Zeal Hotel has won the 2024 Concrete Society Award in the Sustainability Category!
This award recognizes the innovative, low-carbon design of the Mindfully Modern hotel concept, which is pushing boundaries in sustainable construction. Here’s how:
-50% less embodied carbon than a typical hotel, with energy usage reduced by a third.
-250 tonnes of CO2 saved through sustainable concrete and 348 tonnes of CO2 saved with eco-friendly steel.
-Solar panels that generate more energy than the hotel uses and cutting-edge concrete sensors for efficient construction.
