Congratulations to the team at Larif, Edinburgh, for receiving our April Doing It Right Award.
The Larif team were recognised following their calm, professional and immediate response when a long-serving colleague became seriously unwell on site.
Their quick actions ensured he received urgent medical attention without delay and was safely cared for during a critical situation.
Incidents such as these highlight the importance of strong leadership, teamwork and maintaining high standards of emergency preparedness. When every second counts, having the right people in place can make all the difference.
