All construction projects require a detailed construction plan, but high-rise construction ‒ which is generally accepted as anything greater than ten storeys ‒ is likely to be more complex and require more consideration for it to be a success. The Five Ways project in Birmingham is a mix of low-rise and high-rise blocks, the lowest being six storeys, the tallest being 35.
