The site is divided into two main sections: one block consisting of 4 townhouses and another block comprising 20 apartments. The scope for the townhouses includes a ground floor slab, waterproofing, a retaining wall, and two suspended slabs. For the apartments, the scope includes a ground floor slab, waterproofing, retaining walls, and five suspended slabs. Stephenson are responsible for the vertical elements off the pads and strip foundations.
