A new private residential development which we are working with alongside Watkin Jones, will provide 551 residential apartments, commercial ground floor units and landscaping. During the 74 week project, Stephenson will be completing the groundworks, drainage and 6 reinforced concrete blocks consisting of 29, 13, 12 and 3 X 9 storeys.
