We’re thrilled to shine the Spotlight Tuesday beam on our August and September “Doing It Right” Award winners!
These incredible team members have gone above and beyond — living our values, delivering excellence, and inspiring those around them every day.
🏆 August Winner – Daniel O’Sullivan
Daniel earned this award for his fantastic attitude toward work — always on time, eager to learn, and consistently setting a great example for others.
He takes real pride in his tools, keeping them clean and safely stored after every shift, and always shows respect and professionalism toward the management team.

🏆 September Winner – Gabriel Romeghea
Gabi led as Site Manager at Beeston (Principal Contractor: Winvic Construction Ltd) and delivered an outstanding performance throughout the project. The site was exceptionally well-run, achieving great results in audits — and impressively, the project was completed two weeks ahead of programme!
👏 Fantastic work, Gabi — and congratulations to the entire Beeston site team for a job well done!
