We are excited to share that our team at Stephenson has been honored with the Environment & Sustainability Award at the Construct Awards 2024 for our Zeal Hotel project in Exeter.
his prestigious accolade acknowledges our efforts in creating an industry-leading, low-carbon hotel that blends sustainability with luxury. The 142-bedroom, four-star hotel was designed to achieve half the embodied carbon of a standard hotel and consume a third of the usual energy—aligning perfectly with the Paris 2050 Agreement.

250 tonnes of CO2 saved using sustainable concrete mixes
348 tonnes of CO2 saved using Electric Arc Furnace steel
Innovative technologies like SikaRapid®-800 P and concrete sensors helped optimize construction, ensuring eco-friendly and efficient project delivery.
