Project Case Study | Arena Point, Leeds

At Stephenson Group, we're always looking for ways to improve how we deliver projects. Innovation, engineering excellence and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything we do.

That's why we're introducing a series of project case studies, giving an insight into not only what we've built, but how we've built it.

Each case study explores the unique challenges faced on a project, the engineering solutions implemented and most importantly, the lessons learned that we continue to carry forward into future developments.

Our latest case study focuses on Arena Point, Leeds.

A landmark reinforced concrete frame project and the world's tallest purpose-built student accommodation (PBSA) tower in the world!

It highlights the innovative construction methods, logistical planning and engineering solutions adopted to successfully deliver a 45-storey high-rise within one of the city's most constrained urban environments.

By sharing these insights, we hope to showcase the expertise of our teams while demonstrating our commitment to continually refining our methods, improving efficiency and delivering the highest standards for our clients.
