Spotlight Tuesday - Arena Point, Leeds

Stephenson are proud to have successfully delivered piling attendance, drainage, substructure and the the full reinforced concrete frame for Arena Point, a 44- storey purpose built student accommodation development in Leeds.

The 135-metre tower will provide 633 students beds, and over 9000 sq.ft. of shared amenities, including a gym, cinema, co-working spaces, and a rooftop terrace with panoramic views.

This marks a great contribution to Leeds skyline and sets a new standard for student accommodation in the UK.

Upon completion, Arena Point will be the tallest building in Leeds and the tallest purpose-built student accommodation in the world.
