Working alongside RG Group, Stephenson Group was proud to deliver the reinforced concrete frame for the Alfreton Road development in Nottingham, transforming the former Forest Mill site into a landmark purpose-built student accommodation scheme.
The completed development delivered:
🏢 790 purpose-built student accommodation bedrooms
🏡 19 affordable homes
🎾 The UK's first purpose-built student accommodation development to feature an outdoor padel court.
Projects of this scale required careful planning, robust programme management and close collaboration across the project team.
Through detailed sequencing, efficient construction methods and a commitment to quality, the reinforced concrete frame was delivered safely and efficiently, helping to keep the project progressing to programme.
