Today, we recognize International Men’s Day and take the opportunity to highlight the importance of men’s mental health and wellbeing—especially within the construction industry.
The construction sector continues to face one of the highest suicide rates of any profession, reminding us how vital it is to talk openly, check in on one another, and ensure support is always available.
At Stephenson, we are proud to support organizations that make a real difference, including Lads and Dads Men's Mental Wellbeing CIC, who provide vital mental health support for men within our community.
