Construction has traditionally been male-dominated but the industry continues to evolve and we could not be prouder. Women across engineering, project management, surveying, commercial design, health & safety and site operations are playing a vital role in shaping the future of our sector
Women's History month allows us to reflect on the progress made and the barriers that have been broken down. Women in Construction Week highlights the opportunities ahead, encouraging the next generation to see construction and civil engineering as a career without limits.
