The recent hot weather has brought some challenging conditions across all of our projects.
Working outdoors in high temperatures means staying hydrated, taking regular breaks and looking out for one another has never been more important.
Simple measures can make a big difference in helping everyone work safely throughout the day.
At Stephenson Group, our teams are encouraged to take additional rest breaks where needed, stay hydrated and make use of shaded welfare areas during the hottest parts of the day. And every now and then, an ice cream break goes a long way in keeping morale high! 🍦
Construction is all about teamwork, and taking care of our people is just as important as delivering quality projects. A well-looked-after workforce is a safer, happier and more productive workforce.
