Today, members of the Bridgend Stephenson Group office attended the 'Out of the Darkness - A Mental Health Focus' event hosted by Lads and Dads Men's Mental Wellbeing CIC, an organisation we are proud to sponsor.
The room brought together an incredible mix of people including South Wales Police, Carers, Bridgend College, local support workers and even members from Tesco! We were all united with one goal.... To make conversations around mental health open, accessible and stigma free.
Events like this play a vital role in raising awareness of the support that exists within our communities. Hearing real stories, learning from professionals and understanding the challenges faced by so many which reinforces why work like this matters.
At Stephenson Group we are committed to driving a positive change. Not just within our own workforce but across the wider community. Supporting groups like Lads & Dads is part of that commitment ad we look forward to continuing to work together to make a difference
