This Spotlight Tuesday, we’re focusing on the impressive progress across Blocks A and B at Channel View, Cardiff—a major residential regeneration project delivered for Cardiff City Council, with Wates Construction Ltd as Main Contractor, Powell Dobson as Architect, and Curtins as Engineer.
On the Channel View residential development in Cardiff, we delivered the full structural packages for both Block A and Block B, including all groundworks and drainage, the construction of slipform cores, and the installation of stairform systems.
Block A also included two traditional concrete cores and the delivery of 15 suspended slabs, while Block B comprised six suspended slabs.
Across both blocks, our teams worked efficiently and safely to complete these key structural elements, supporting the wider progress of this flagship regeneration project.
